Beatles Animator to Exhibit Yellow Submarine Artwork at TCAN


To celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Beatles film Yellow Submarine, TCAN will host the legendary animator and director Ron Campbell in a rare special appearance. Ron is globally recognized as one of the original animators and director of the American animated television series The Beatles, and as an animator on Yellow Submarine. Ron will showcase his original Beatles cartoon paintings created especially for the exhibit and create new Beatles pop art paintings at the exhibit. Ron will also feature other artwork based on his 50-year career in cartoon animation including Scooby Doo, Rugrats, Smurfs, The Flintstones, The Jetsons and more. The exhibit is free to the general public and all works are available for purchase.

Campbell will also host screenings of Yellow Submarine at TCAN and participate in a Q&A at the conclusion of each screening.
