Building Accessibility
- Special Accommodations: Spaces are reserved for patrons who use wheelchairs and for their companions. When purchasing tickets, please be sure to mention if you require special accommodations, including wheelchair-accessible seating, visual or hearing impairment, limited mobility, etc.
- Street Access: The TCAN performance space is located at street level on Summer Street, with no stairs required to enter the theatre. For the convenience of our patrons in wheelchairs, wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available. Bathrooms are located on the second floor and basement levels, both accessible by elevator.
- Elevator Access: All three floors of the facility are accessible by elevator.
- Parking: Designated accessible parking for any vehicle bearing valid Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) disability parking placards or license plates is available on a first-come, first-served basis. An accessible parking space is located on the west side of the Firehouse, in the lot adjacent to the building.
- Cinema Accessibility: Closed captioning, Z-Screen subtitles, Audio Description (headphones), Assisted Listening (headphones) are available for most screenings. Please contact the box office with questions, or to request accommodations.

Additional Information
- Effective March 10, 2022, all COVID-19 proof-of-vaccination requirements were suspended. For those susceptible to infection, masks are encouraged but optional for all patrons. Protocols are subject to change based on the request of a performing artist, or updated guidance from local health authorities..
