Effective March 11, 2022, TCAN has suspended proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a requirement for entry to all events. All TCAN events will be presented in accordance with applicable public health mandates along with the artist's requirements as of the day of the event, which could include changes to mask requirements, capacity, attendance prerequisites, procedures, and other protective measures. Safety protocols for all specific events, if any, will be communicated in the event detail describing that event on this website.
With a decrease in cases and much of Massachusetts relaxing COVID-19 restrictions, TCAN has joined most live concert venues in Massachusetts in welcoming back all patrons regardless of vaccination status.
Masks are still strongly encouraged for all patrons, but are not required.
If you are sick, with COVID-19 symptoms or have come in direct contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the venue.
By purchasing a ticket for any event or program, you are agreeing to follow the protocols in place as they are on the day of your event. All pre-pandemic ticketing policies have been reinstated, including our standard "no refunds" policy. Active TCAN members may exchange tickets for another event, up to three days prior to the performance.
All TCAN full-time and part-time employees, and event volunteers, are still required to provide proof of full vaccination in order to maintain their employment.
Thank you for your understanding and support throughout this trying and uncertain time.
