COVID Precautions Updated for All Events

Welcome back to TCAN!

Our top priority is the health and safety of our patrons, volunteers, and staff. With that in mind, we have opened our doors for public movie screenings and performances in accordance with all guidance from state and local health authorities. We have designed “TCAN CLEAN" policies and procedures to help keep you safe, by ensuring we are compliant with new health and safety guidelines from the CDC and Commonwealth of MA public health organizations.

Here are the changes you can expect from us on your next visit.

  • TCAN programs have now reopened at full capacity, meaning no social distancing.

  • We strongly encourage patrons to be vaccinated.

  • Unvaccinated patrons are required to wear a mask. Masks are optional for vaccinated patrons.

  • All event staff, including volunteers, will be required to provide proof of vaccination and wear protective masks during the event.

  • Protocols are subject to change based on guidance from the CDC and state health authorities, but may include mask enforcement, increased cleaning and ventilation enhancements. TCAN will follow guidelines and standards set by the CDC and all state/county guidelines in place on the date of the program.

How you can help keep our community safe

  • Consistent handwashing: Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face. Please take advantage of the hand sanitizer stations and disinfecting wipes that will be positioned throughout the building.
  • Contactless Transactions: Tickets may be purchased at the box office, or online at natickarts.org. The movie schedule can be found online at natickarts.org/movies
  • Stay Home: If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, or have come in contact with someone with symptoms, please stay home – don’t worry, we’ll be here for you when you feel better.

TCAN will continue to closely monitor federal, state, and local guidelines and adjust our policies and procedures accordingly.

Small Space. Big Experience. Safety for All.
