Updated Ticket Refund Policy

For the last several months, TCAN relaxed its usual "No Refunds" policy for ticket sales due to uncertainties of presenting live performances during the pandemic. Additionally, in some cases, we granted refunds to patrons who could not comply with our announced requirement for ticket holders to provide proof of vaccination and wear protective masks, on the day of the event. At the present time, live performances, movie screenings and other programs are proceeding as planned, and our proof-of-vaccination and mask requirements announced on August 18, 2021 have been clearly communicated to all members and patrons.

Effective October 1, 2021, TCAN will reinstate its "No Refunds" policy for all tickets purchased on October 1st, 2021, or later. This policy will apply to all events, programs and movie screenings.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any additional refund options for the event, if applicable.

If an event is canceled outright, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund inclusive of fees and service charges. Ticket holders will be informed directly of all refund options for the event.

For tickets purchased prior to October 1, 2021, ticket holders may request refunds due to concerns regarding COVID-19 or proof-of-vaccination policies. Refunds must be requested no later than three days prior to the ticketed event. Ticket holders will receive pre-show emails with information regarding COVID-19 policies and refunds, if applicable.

Ticket exchange privileges will continue to be a benefit for active TCAN members. Members may exchange tickets for a different event, up to three days prior to the ticketed event.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we work towards a full recovery from this challenging time.

Thank you,
Your friends at TCAN
