The Nields 25th Anniversary Celebration

Celebrating a quarter century making music, The Nields present a 25th Anniversary Celebration with a full band (and there's a new Greatest Hits album too on CD and Vinyl!). Nerissa and Katryna Nields have been making music professionally for more than 20 years, traveling the country as members of the beloved folk rock band The Nields. With 16 CDs, major and independent record and publishing deals, and performances with James Taylor, the 10,000 Maniacs, The Band, and the Indigo Girls, they have lived “the rock-and-roll life.” Since becoming mothers (each sister has a daughter and son), they have broadened their repertoire with children’s CDs, a DVD, and a book, All Together Singing in the Kitchen: Creative Ways to Make and Listen to Music as a Family. The Nields have been lauded for their gorgeous, lilting, sibling harmonies, their wise, classic, folk/pop songs, their hilarious banter on stage, and their generosity and warmth in performance and engagement with their fans. While they continue to bring their legendary live show to folk and rock theatres and stages around the country, they now delight the under 10 crowd as well.
